In the young age as it is happened that when we see a girl or when we think about a girl some sort of wetness we fell in the penis or i may say that some semen comes out .tell me in what condition it becomes obligatory to do gusul.at that time it becomes obligatory or not? Please explain it.

If the wetness is common and did not cause weakness and slackness in body then it is Mazi. This does not necessitate Ghusl, but breaks Wuzu, and the part of clothe which came in to contact with it should be washed:
ولیس في المذي والودي غسل الی قولہ المذي رقیق یضرب الی البیاض یخرج عند ملاعبة الرجل اھلہ (ھدایة: 1/331)
But, if the wetness comes out with force and causes weakness and slackness in the body then it is Mani and Ghusl will be Wajib.
