On my underwear sometimes I see spots of impurity, can one pray salah while wearing it or does it need to be washed. Can water be sprinkled on it and then salah be made?

On my underwear sometimes I see spots of impurity, can one pray salah while wearing it or does it need to be washed. Can water be sprinkled on it and then salah be made?

If the impurity is clearly seen in the underwear, or it not seen but you are sure of it, then it will not be enough to sprinkle just water over there, but the place of impurity (whether in underwear or in body) should be washed clean. And, it is better for you to pray after taking the underwear off. Yes, if you are not sure of the impurity but only doubtful then you can pray after sprinkling water.
